Universal Studios Singapore Chinese New Year Update

恭喜发财!Gong Xi Fa Cai!

Chinese New Year is just around the corner! This year's Chinese New Year (aka. Lunar New Year) will fall on February 8th, which is in mere 2 weeks!

Universal Studios Singapore has already got itself into the holiday mood. Let's take a walk in the park and check out all the new decorations!

2016 is the year of the monkey, therefore you will often see monkeys as an integral part of the decoration.

猴年大吉!Hou Nian Da Ji!
The Chinese characters translate to "I wish you well in the year of the monkey!".

This is a giant red packet! Red packets are used by parents and relatives to give the children allowances as part of the new year celebration!

Minion Mart has been given an exterior makeover. New minions are spotted!

"When I Grow Up", which I initially thought was a temporary stage show, is actually still being performed.

Battlestar Galactica is running fine with its new vehicles introduced last year.

Underneath the tracks of the coaster, I found a nice place to look around the park.

Let's explore the Ancient Egypt area!

Guests having a great time in Jurassic Park.

Far Far Away area is looking really lovely today!

Thank you for taking this tour with me! Hope to see you next time!
Happy Chinese New Year to everyone!
